B. Send us Message, then click Customer Support then click Submit Ticket and fill out the form. (let client choose which support method.)

C. If you select SUBMIT TICKET, make sure you register first before proceeding to the submission so you can check the status of your ticket from time to time.
D. After Submitting a ticket, a confirmatory message will be sent to your email. Expect a message or email from a Fantech Customer Care Representative within 24-48 hours.
A complete instruction and schedule will also be provided by the CCR based on your concerns.
E. If there is a need for return of a damaged item, and you want to follow up on the status of your item, you can check the status of your ticket and follow up on the ticker platform.
F. In case you do not receive any call or email after 48 hours of sending a ticket, DO NOT send a new ticket, instead follow up to the automated email sent to you.
G. If the damage item is still under service warranty and you want it to be fixed, please take note that it will take 3 to 4 weeks for the repair.
H. If 7 days have lapsed already and the returned defective item can no longer be repaired, the customer will be given a new same item or the customer can choose to exchange the item with a more expensive one provided that the customer will add for the exceeding amount.
